In this Game "Actions Can Have Costs." Which in this game "Time" can have a cost as well as some other things. Perhaps an upgrade can be expensive because time has a price. And if you don't read the upgrades you buy, it has a cost... Maybe you will go in debt maybe it will make you lose money.  

How to Play : Basic Clicker Game : 

Click the money then buy upgrades, but focus, because if you don't focus it can have a cost...

AND KEEP THE VOLUME ON OR IT WILL HAVE A COST... NO SOUND?!?
